At Mando, we want you to love your beauty routine, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all products. If a formula isn't the perfect fit for your skin, our team is here to help you find an alternative or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your inbox. Simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
